20m schooner yacht

AMSA SURVEY RENEWED
This unique 20m schooner was built by renowned boatbuilder Robert Gordon as a scaled-down version of Dick Smith's vessel that sailed to Antarctica. Originally retained by Gordon for private cruising and fishing, "Tumlaren" has more recently been used commercially for private events and functions.

Following approximately $40,000 in recently completed works, the vessel is now back in AMSA 1D survey. Her current Certificate of Survey was issued on 16 September 2026 and certifies her to carry 45 passengers plus two crew.

The expansive open-plan deck features bench seating and a six-speaker Bluetooth sound system, providing a versatile layout for passenger operations, private functions or recreational use.

Powered by twin Ford Lees "Mako" 6.120 diesel engines, "Tumlaren" also features a 25kVA Isuzu generator, 3,280L fuel capacity and a comprehensive Simrad and Lowrance electronics package.
