Belami, a Cavalier 35, launched in 1992 and owned by her present owner since 1996 is listed exclusively for sale with YOTI. Aside from the famous Cavalier pedigree, Belami boasts impressive list of standard features and also quite a long list of very significant upgrades and improvements since new. She was the first Cavalier 35 to feature teak inlaid in the cockpit and stern, additional opening ports and an extendable saloon table. Her sail wardrobe and instrument package are good. The dodger and bimini were replaced in 2011 and when the standing rigging was replaced in 2002, the mast and boom were fully re-anodised. Perhaps most impressive is the Yanmar 27Hp engine which was professionally installed new in 2006 and has only logged around 430 hours. The sail drive was also replaced new in 2004. A Hydralign feathering propeller was added new in August 2014 while at the same time Belami was last anti-fouled and also enjoyed a major engine service.
