Nabuk is a serious fast offshore passagemaker. She gobbles up the miles in comfort and security. Average 24 hour runs vary from 200-240 NM days, reefing down at night for comfortable sleeping. This boat climbed to windward off the north cape of New Zealand for 3 days against 60 knots of wind and 15 meter seas. She sailed to weather comfortably and under autopilot and storm staysail. The boat was inspected upon arrival in NZ and showed not one sign of wear. She is incredibly comfortable to live aboard with a giant galley and pantry area; a full size workshop and oversize head.
