The Lagoon 440 has been beautifully designed and built to the highest standards to offer ultimate comfort. The vessel has an open and spacious feel with unequalled headroom throughout the cabins and saloon thanks to her large vertical windows. The living area, the saloon, galley and navigation area are all on one level. Launched in 2006 in France this Lagoon 440, was not used much by its original owner. This boat has never been used for charter and has only had two owners. Purchased in 2010 by the current owners the vessel has crossed the Pacific from Fort Lauderdale USA to Australia. The Australian registered vessel is well equipped for ocean cruising. The ideal cruising boat because of her sailing capabilities and huge fuel and water capacity she was also fitted with Volvo D55HP Engines, Water-maker, Gen-set and full electronics package. Recent haul out was carried out at Ross Haven marine in Townsville in July 2015. Thorough cleaning, anti-fouling and servicing was a carried out at this time.
