She is a production boat of moulded GRP launched in 1989 at Robertson & Caine Yachts (S. Africa) and rigged as a masthead sloop with a four (4) cylinder diesel engine. Originally owned by a Cape Town business owner and his wife, this vessel placed in the top 3 in a number of long offshore races (up to 3,600 miles). The owners then cruised her in 2009 from Cape Town to Brazil, and made their way to British Colombia, Canada, where the boat was sold to the current Canadian owners in April 2010. They have cruised the BC coast and the South Pacific, to her current location in Vanuatu where she now lies ready for new owners.
