National 4x4 Show & Outdoors Expo prizes
Simply by walking through the gates, one lucky visitor will win a Touring & Adventure Package thanks to exhibitors Anaconda and ARB - valued at $10,000.
The Touring & Adventure Package contains a Franklin tent, two Dune XL recliners, Townsend sleeping bags, Tracker and Outback swags, four large stretchers, queen-sized 4WD mat and a Coleman rugged lantern.
Fishing enthusiasts will be pleased with the quality Mojiko rod combo sets and Tackle Box, as well as the Spinifex chairs and Dune 111L ice box. Also included in this sensational Touring & Adventure Package is a Seak Double Kayak, two Swift Paddles, soft racks for easy transportation and four portable floatation devices (PFDs).
As part of this prize pack, the winner will also receive $5,000 credit to spend in ARB stores on products or services. To be eligible, visitors just need to enter their details via the iPad entry stations located on the ARB (#A100) and Anaconda (#D88 & C19) stands.
All visitors who complete and return the form they receive upon entry to the TJM stand (#C30) will be in the running to win $5,000 worth of 4×4 accessories, thanks to TJM, Torqit, Black Widow, XRay Vision and Yakima.
Participants in the annual ARB Show & Shine competition for 4x4s will be in the running to take home a share in the $2,000 prize pool, with five category winners to be chosen at the show.
Fishing & Boating Expo Prizes
Tackleworld Cranbourne will be holding a lucky dip on stand (#D62) with thousands of dollars' worth of fishing gear in the mix; including a Shimano Stella 14000 fishing reel, valued at $1,100.
Futurefish Foundation (#D84) will be promoting the Golden Snapper Competition, where visitors can purchase a ticket to be in the running to win $10,000 cash - by being the first person to reel in one of the specially tagged snapper released in Port Phillip Bay during the competition period in November.
3AW fishing show hosts Paul Worsteling and David Kramer will be gracing the Fishing Stage once again, with more than $1,000 in prizes including Spotters sunglasses, fishing gear and IFISH TV merchandise to be given away during their interactive talks with the audience.
A $1,500 Fishing & Outdoor Prize Pack, thanks to AFN Fishing & Outdoors, is also up for grabs, whereby everyone who purchases their tickets online via the website is automatically in the running to win.
Extra prizes
The XXXX Gold container bar will also drawing the crowds, where visitors are in with a chance to win a trip to XXXX Island for four people, valued at $10,000. All you need to do is buy a can of XXXX Gold and play the XXXX shuffleboard, and even if they do not win the trip, there is plenty of merchandise up for grabs.

How to get there:
Train
For the first time ever, a train service will be operating to the show on Saturday and Sunday. Trains will depart every 20 minutes from Flinders Street Station, and stop at Southern Cross, North Melbourne and then express to Showgrounds station.

Southern Cross- Platform 13
North Melbourne - Platform 6
The first train service out of Flinders Street Station will depart approximately 08:40am and it is scheduled to arrive at the Showgrounds at 09:00am. The last train of the day to leave the Showgrounds will be approximately 20 minutes after the event closes (Saturday 24th at 6.20pm, Sunday 25th at 5.20pm)

Tram, Bus or Taxi
The number 57 West Maribyrnong tram stops on Epsom Road right outside the entrance to the Melbourne Showgrounds. The number 57 tram proceeds along Elizabeth Street in the city, via Victoria Parade, through North Melbourne and on to West Maribyrnong. Train stations at Ascot Vale or Newmarket are a short tram ride to from the Melbourne Showgrounds. Bus Routes 404 and 472 service Epsom Road and/or Langs Road.There is also a taxi rank located on the corner of Epsom & Union Roads, to the east of the Gate 1 entry to the Showgrounds.
