Jeanneau dealer Performance Boating will give the new Sun Odyssey 455 its Sydney premiere at Sail Expo 2026, held at the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club in Newport on 17 and 18 October, 10am to 4pm both days. The dealer's stand brings together three Sun Odyssey models: the 455, the also-new 415, and the established 380, so visitors can step aboard and compare all three.
The 455 is the newest model in Jeanneau's Sun Odyssey range and the headline boat of the display. Performance Boating describes it as bringing "a fresh approach to the larger cruising yacht", with a spacious cockpit, generous interior and practical deck layout. Wide side decks make it easy to move around underway, and the open, uncluttered design is meant to work both while sailing and at anchor. "The 455 brings together performance, easy handling and a really impressive amount of space and light," Performance Boating's Lee Condell said. "We're looking forward to giving Sydney sailors their first opportunity to step aboard, alongside the new 415 and 380."

Alongside it sits the Sun Odyssey 415, also brand new and aimed at what the dealer calls one of the most popular sizes for cruising sailors. It has a contemporary hull, a generous cockpit and a bright, well-planned interior, with a deck layout built for easy movement between cockpit and foredeck. Performance Boating is also offering the 415 through ShareYacht in quarter shares, a way into a new Jeanneau without taking on the whole cost.
Completing the display is the Sun Odyssey 380, which Performance Boating says has already become a popular choice for sailors after a manageable yacht with plenty of usable space. The dealer points to its interior layout, spacious cockpit and deck design as suited to couples and families doing coastal cruising and longer passages.
Performance Boating has not published Australian pricing for any of the three models. Visitors can inspect all three at Sail Expo, or contact the dealer on 0408 784 000 or [email protected].
